Department Overview
Motorola Solutions Cybersecurity Services (MSI) seeks a motivated individual passionate about cybersecurity sales. With MSI's reputable brand and market presence in the public safety sector, you will play a key role in representing our Cybersecurity business line, which focuses on advisory and managed security services (SOC).
Job Description
As a Cybersecurity Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to sell Cybersecurity Services to a diverse range of customers. You will work closely with the field account team, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) and presenting effectively to Directors and C-level executives. Your focus will be on efficient time management and delivering superior customer service while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas consistently.
- Provide insights on market penetration and performance for your designated region.
- Understand client business objectives and develop tailored security solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and present product capabilities to prospective and current clients, emphasizing key technical features, benefits, and use cases.
- Collaborate with account teams to devise security solutions that secure future business and help meet individual quotas.
- Identify new clients and lead initiatives to penetrate untapped accounts.
- Represent the company at security conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Act as a liaison by communicating essential client requirements and product enhancements to internal teams.
- Be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time.

Target Base Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000 USD
In accordance with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, pay within this range may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
