Are you a hands-on fabricator or shop lead who knows what tools make a shop run efficiently? Do you enjoy building relationships, solving real-world problems, and helping shops get exactly what they need to get the job done? If so, this Outside Sales Rep role could be the perfect fit.

This is a great opportunity to transition off the shop floor into a high-earning, relationship-driven sales role. If that sounds like you, read on this could be your next step.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Visiting fabrication shops to understand their needs and recommend tools and solutions
  • Managing an assigned territory and developing relationships with shop owners, fabricators, and purchasing leads
  • Driving repeat business by building trust and offering expert guidance
  • Tracking orders, inventory needs, and providing timely follow-up and support
  • Working with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

  • Background in fabrication or shop environments (Preferred) Experience as a fabricator, installer, or shop foreman is highly valuable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills You enjoy connecting with people and are naturally solution-oriented.
  • Sales interest or experience Whether you're new to sales or have some experience, you're ready to work hard and learn.
  • Valid driver's license This is an on-the-road role visiting client shops within a 100-150 mile radius from Cincinnati, OH.
