Help Wanted : Internet New Car Sales Manager

Join our innovative team at Armstrong Chevrolet, Subaru, and VW as we seek a driven and dynamic Internet New Car Sales Manager! If you possess a strong background in automotive sales and have a knack for online marketing and customer relationship management, we want to connect with you.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the Internet sales team and manage online sales operations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
  • Guide potential customers through the buying process, ensuring a seamless online experience.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices for online customer engagement and closing sales.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence and promotions.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team while achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and online sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
