Ed Martin Honda is seeking a competitive, results driven new car Sales Leader! To be on this team, you must want to win!

Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all aspects of new vehicle sales.
- Build and maintain a highly motivated and productive sales force.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Meet vehicle unit sales quotas and objectives on a daily and monthly basis.
- Ensure that units sold assist the dealership in reaching its profit objectives.
- Manage daily operations of the sales department and its personnel.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff.
- Be willing to help sales team with CRM and customer contact.
- Close deals and manage a 100% TO policy.
- Work closely with F&I department through credit and approvals to maximize sales opportunities.
