Through our family of brands, we connect consumers, dealers, fleet operators, NGOs, and industry partners with smarter ways to buy, sell, and manage vehicles and equipment across 80+ countries. Our shared services team powers the technology, marketing, finance, and operations infrastructure that drives each of our brands forward.
The Regional Sales Manager owns CAS Auto's commercial growth across their region. The role builds the go-to-market plan for each priority country, recruits and manages a network of local sales agents, and turn owned inventory or CAS listings into firm deals. This role is extremely hands-on, for a leader who can set the strategy but also close deals in the field.
CAS Auto is at a very exciting moment of growth where your region will see a double digits growth over the next few years. This will be doable by offering current listing and offerings from various vendors, and by offering existing inventory from our various storage locations all over the globe. The goal is also to initially focus on 5-8 key priority markets.
Required Language(s) and Skills/Abilities:
English + at least one additional language
Excellent CRM hygiene / skills: Hubspot strongly preferred
Outbound, AI Sales tools strongly preferred
You are both a hunter and a farmer with a focus on customer experience
Education and Experience:
3-5 years in sales, preferably covering multiple markets and automotive experience preferred but not necessary
Proven record of building and managing agent or distributor networks
Strong commercial judgement on pricing, margins and inventory management and risk
