Summary :
- Lead the sales efforts to achieve revenue goals and exceed targets per segment
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients in the business transient and group segments
- Expand existing accounts with local preferred and corporate accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
- Conduct sales presentations, site visits, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Create and execute incentive programs to increase awareness of the organization and loyalty to the hotel
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
