Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track Sales and Marketing KPIs

Conduct complex analyses on GTM effectiveness and develop predictive models for forecasting

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in a SaaS / Subscription-based business

Expert SQL skills and advanced proficiency in a major BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Deep familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structure

Solid understanding of core SaaS metrics and drivers

Experience with a major Marketing Automation Platform and familiarity with data warehousing concepts
