The Operations Manager provides leadership, strategic direction, and management under the direction of the Executive

Director for IVF Florida. This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the assigned

departments including, but not limited to : staffing, personnel management, scheduling, quality, risk management, and patient

satisfaction. Also, this position is responsible for enhancing and improving tangibly the operational efficiency and operational

controls of assigned departments including, but not limited to : process improvement, workflow, systems implementation,

MD workflow, organizational dynamics, and managerial mentoring and professional development. In addition, the position

may be responsible for practice-wide initiatives and travel between clinics is required.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Operations Manager to join the team at our Margate, FL office. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, and must have the ability to travel between all IVF Florida locations as business needs require.

How You'll Contribute :

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Operations Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Assists in the development of an annual budget and is responsible for achieving budgeted levels for revenue and

profitability
