A company is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for sales talent in the internet and telecom sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for various sales roles, including account executives and sales engineers
Build strong talent pipelines through advanced sourcing and industry networking
Partner with leadership to align on hiring needs and conduct structured interviews
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years in sales roles (preferably in telecom or tech)
Strong understanding of sales cycles, KPIs, and revenue drivers
Expertise in ATS platforms and recruiting tools
Proven ability to source passive talent and influence hiring decisions
Experience in broadband, fiber, or related B2B sectors is a plus
