One Physics is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our growing team based out of Towson, Maryland. About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, recruiting, and building strong relationships. You’ll play a key part in attracting top talent, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new hires.
Beyond recruiting, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to broader HR initiatives , including onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs. You’ll work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and partner with leadership across the organization to drive hiring success and strengthen our people operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source and attract qualified physicist and corporate candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
- Partner with leadership and the Director of Talent Acquisition to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide excellent candidate experience.
- Manage offer processes and assist with pre-employment documentation and onboarding.
