In this role, you’ll be at the frontlines of our sales efforts—connecting with inbound leads, educating prospects on our program, and closing deals that fuel our growth. What You’ll Do

  • Educate & Engage : Connect with potential customers via phone, video calls, email, and online outreach.
  • Close Deals : Guide prospects through the buying journey, deliver persuasive presentations, and overcome objections to win new clients.
  • Own Your Numbers : Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay Organized : Manage leads, activities, and customer interactions in our CRM to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate & Grow : Work closely with teammates and leadership to continuously sharpen your skills and strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : Minimum 2+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development . B2C or B2B experience is highly valued.
  • Sales Acumen : Demonstrated ability to prospect, build rapport, and close deals in a quota-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage prospects quickly and confidently.
  • Driven & Goal-Oriented : Motivated by achieving results, competitive yet collaborative in approach.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRMs and digital tools to manage pipeline (Salesforce or HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Adaptable : Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adjusts easily to new challenges and opportunities
