Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, On-site Contract Recruiter to lead a strategic hiring initiative for our Mesa-based manufacturing client. Our client is expanding and would like to identify and onboard 8–10 skilled Panel Technicians .
Working directly with shop supervisors, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination—ensuring we build a consistent, high-quality internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Targeted Sourcing : Identify and engage candidates with specific experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and wire harness assembly.
ATS Management : Utilize the company’s internal Applicant Tracking System to track candidate progress and maintain clean data.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner closely with Shop Supervisors to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
High-Volume Coordination : Manage a heavy interview calendar, moving candidates quickly through the pipeline to meet aggressive headcount goals.
Budget Oversight : Utilize provided advertising budgets to run effective job postings and recruitment campaigns.
Project Reporting : Provide regular updates on pipeline health and time-to-fill metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
Industry Experience : Proven track record recruiting for technical manufacturing roles (Panel Techs, Wire Harnessing, or Assembly).
Tech Savvy : Proficient in modern ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools.
Local Presence : This is a 100% in-person role in Arizona; remote applicants will not be considered.
Efficiency : Ability to manage a 2–3 month sprint to fill 10 critical roles.
Communication : Strong professional presence to interface with supervisors and local leadership.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $25.00 - $35.00 Per Hour
