BCBA - $95-$115 / hr - Georgia (Statewide)

Flywheel Centers is hiring hourly BCBAs across Georgia to provide evidence-based care for children with autism. This role offers high pay, flexibility, and the chance to make a real difference, all while being supported by a strong clinical team.

Flexible Schedule : Home- and center-based hours that fit your lifestyle.

Focused Clinical Work : Access to quality assurance support and an extensive goal bank, so you can prioritize direct client impact.

Administrative Support : BT liaison handles daily coordination, freeing you to focus on supervision and clinical planning.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus : $2,500 at 3 months, $2,500 at 6 months.

Professional Growth : Opportunities to refine clinical skills and explore leadership if desired.

Your Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

Implement evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve measurable progress.

Supervise and support behavior technicians.

Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.

Qualifications :

Active BCBA certification.

Experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Detail-oriented, empathetic, and committed to evidence-based clinical care.

Locations : Multiple opportunities statewide, including Atlanta, Alpharetta, and surrounding areas.
