What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like:
- Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)
- Private duty = one client for the whole shift
- Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes
*LPNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home
Qualifications for A Private DutyLPN:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay range: $38-$42 hourly based on experience and skills
- Flexible scheduling with no minimums (Full-Time or Part-Time)
