  • Support RTE and Scrum Master coordination that impacts schedule dependencies and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain program metrics, status reporting, dashboards, and execution tracking artifacts.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings, synchronization events, and stakeholder engagements supporting program objectives.
  • Ensure planning and execution activities remain aligned with mission priorities, contractual requirements, and delivery milestones.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting program scheduling, project management, Agile delivery, or program coordination activities.
  • Experience developing or maintaining project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans.
  • Familiarity with scheduling principles, critical path analysis, and dependency management.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar planning and collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and iterative delivery environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced mission-focused environments.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting defense, space, intelligence, or multi-domain operational environments.
  • Familiarity with Command and Control (C2) systems, mission systems, or operational mission environments.
  • Experience supporting exercises, operational demonstrations, capability deployments, or program integration activities.
