Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures with precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate with patients regarding pre-operative instructions and appointment details.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to optimize surgery schedules and resources.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the scheduling system.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
  • Assist in verifying insurance authorizations and eligibility for surgical procedures.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending surgeries and patient confirmations.
  • Support the surgical team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
