This is more than an administrative position it's a launchpad into hospitality sales, event planning, and hotel management. You'll work directly with our Catering and Sales teams, gaining hands-on experience coordinating weddings, corporate meetings, banquets, and special events at one of downtown Nashville's premier hotels.

What You'll Do:
- Assists with coordinating all aspects of catering events, including meetings, weddings, banquets, and conferences
- Communicate with clients to confirm event details (menus, timelines, room setup, guest count)
- Assist in preparing banquet event orders (BEOs) and distribute them to relevant departments
- Liaise with kitchen, banquet staff, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution
- Assist in menu planning and accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests
- Maintain detailed records of events, contracts, and client communications
- Handle last-minute changes or issues professionally and efficiently
- Support post-event follow-up, including posting banquet charges and collecting deposits
What We're Looking For:
- A highly organized and detail-oriented team player with strong computer skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Someone eager to learn and grow in hospitality sales and events
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality, catering, or event experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office required; Delphi FDC experience is a bonus

The pay range for this role is: 20 23 USD dependent upon experience and education
