Responsibilities
Master's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sport Psychology, Human Performance, or other closely related fields. 3+ years of experience as a Mental Performance Coach designing and implementing mental skills development programs for individuals and groups. Demonstrated experience delivering training and education in various settings to include in-person and virtual modalities. Capable of working outdoors for extended periods in all weather. Willingness to travel up to 10% of time. U.S. Citizenship. Proficiently utilize computers, software, and technologies to document work performed, utilization, or other information requirements.
