Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Writer or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
Proficiency with automotive shop management software and standard office applications.
A genuine passion for cars and providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy shop environment.
