Project Manager

7+ years of related experience in project/program management.

Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence based environment.

Experience and deep understanding of software development methodologies and principles (including SDLC, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Agile Principles, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)).

Can work well under pressure; manage tight deadlines and situations where conflicting priorities arise.

Ability to manage of competing priorities and schedules to get your project across the finish line.

Adaptability to changes and uncertainty Keen perception to identifying early indications of risks and issues and ability to effectively manage and resolve them.

Excellent organization and planning skills using with effective visuals that quickly gets teams aligned.
