Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Las Colinas is hiring a Seasonal Medical Assistant for our Post Surgical Unit

This is a Temporary Seasonal Position. Anticipated to start Late September and throughout the end of 2026

*Night Shift hours: 7:00pm-7:00am

Medical Assistant/PCT PSU at Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Las Colinas:

· Performs clerical duties including distribution of messages.

· Performs clinical duties, under the direction of an RN, including assisting patients to the restroom, removing IV catheters, etc

· Cleans rooms if needed.

· Assists RN’s as instructed.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

· High School Diploma, or equivalent

License:

· Medical Assistant Certification, or equivalent preferred

· BLS Required

Required Experience:

· Minimum 1-year experience in a hospital setting, preferred.

· Previous experience Electronic Healthcare Record helpful
