The Law Offices of Bradford & Barthel, LLP is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable legal secretary who is highly organized, detail -oriented, professional, reliable and able to efficiently multi-task. EAMS experience is preferred. Job Summary:Responsible for providing clerical support to attorneys.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepares and files legal documents and correspondence.Electronically files legal documents in EAMS Workers' Compensation program.File and serves legal documents.Schedules medical appointments, depositions, interpreters, court reporters and witnesses.Maintains diary system.Takes incoming calls for attorney and assists client were needed.Ensure proper indexing and filing of legal documents.Works closely with attorneys and legal staff to complete clerical assignments.
