Roles and Responsibilities:Join our team as a Corporate Security Specialist and become a crucial guardian of our organization's safety. You'll oversee daily security operations, ensuring that our environment remains secure. Your responsibilities involve maintaining and enforcing vital security protocols. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and addressing potential risks, collaborating with various departments, and strategizing to neutralize threats. As the point person for both internal and external stakeholders, you'll provide guidance and support to the security team, ensuring the overall security and well-being of our organization.We have Part Time & Full Time hours available: * Part Time hours: 4pm-8pm M-F* Full Time hours: 6am-3pm M-FJob Duties:To protect our customers' property, people and/or assets by providing security services to ensure the safety of all employees.To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, swiftly responding to security breaches or incidents.Educate personnel on protocols and emergency response plans.Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations.Collaborate across departments to integrate security measures into all operational facets, including events, facility management, and employee safety.Stay abreast of evolving security trends, technologies, and regulations, providing recommendations for system and procedural enhancementsply with legal obligations and safety requirements of the role.Follow instructions and procedures appropriately without unnecessarily challenging authority.Profound problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to analyze intricate security issues and devise effective solutions.Exceptional communication skills, confidently engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.Expertise in security principles, encompassing risk assessment, threat analysis, and emergency response planning.Meticulous attention to detail and composed demeanor during high-pressure emergency scenarios.Outstanding organizational and time management skills, skilled at task prioritization and meeting deadlines.Knowledge about pertinent security laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
