This fully remote position, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, offers work-life balance while overseeing critical infrastructure protection. Join us to make a significant impact in cybersecurity while working from anywhere.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and oversee both IT and OT security environments, ensuring comprehensive protection across industrial control systems and critical infrastructureLead risk assessment initiatives and develop security frameworks aligned with industry standards like NIST and ISA/IEC 62443Oversee incident response planning and execution for both IT and OT environmentsCoordinate with engineering teams to ensure security measures don't impact operational efficiencyManage 24/7 security monitoring operations and incident response teamsDevelop and implement security awareness training programsREQUIREMENTS:Deep understanding of OT environments, including industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systemsExperience with security monitoring platforms and threat detection systemsStrong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and security frameworksExpertise in integrating IT and OT security practicesExperience with vendor management and third-party security assessments Technical Expertise:Proficiency with Arctic Wolf security integration and Juniper Networks security solutionsExperience with quantum encryption technologies and advanced security infrastructureUnderstanding of zero-trust security implementationThis position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technologies while leading the integration of IT and OT security initiatives for a rapidly growing technology solutions provider.
