Vaco is seeking a Senior Accountant in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona!

Responsibilities include :

Partner with leadership and financial reporting teams to deliver assigned initiatives and support the development of SEC and other required regulatory reporting schedules.

Record and review accounting activity, including journal postings, accrual calculations, transaction reviews, targeted accounting research, and special projects as needed.

Maintain adherence to SOX requirements, internal controls, established company policies, and applicable banking and regulatory standards.

Requirements :

CPA license and at least 2 years of public accounting experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Required)

Supervisory experience at an SEC registrant, preferably in the financial services industry.

Willingness to go 4 days on site

Salary $100-115k
