Business Analyst Sr. / Operations Process Consultant

The Business Analyst Sr. / Operations Process Consultant is a senior level position that will manage complex and highly visibility projects within Operations. Will provide advanced specialized consultative support to other team members for assigned business process and / or system(s) that are typically more complex and of a larger impact to the company.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Maintains in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications and stays current in operational and product elements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned area(s).
• Analyzes existing processes and identifies technical or procedural improvements.
• Recommends business practices to optimize use of business process / system(s).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
