Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technology initiatives. Analyze and evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business and technical teams. Support product and supplier selection processes by conducting research and evaluations. Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process maps. Ensure the successful delivery of projects by monitoring progress and resolving issues as they arise. Work closely with technology teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives. Communicate project updates and key findings to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have :

• A bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Business, Science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience working as a business analyst within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proficiency in defining business requirements and supporting product or supplier selection processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of technology-driven solutions and financial processes.
