Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company's financial operations. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing the company’s financial activities, including cash management, risk assessment, and forecasting. This position will also be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports to the management team, assisting in the annual budget process, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct detailed financial analysis to understand and predict the company's financial position, including liquidity, cash flows, and corporate finance.

2. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the senior management team.

3. Manage the company's cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.

4. Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, providing detailed financial data and projections.

5. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

6. Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.

7. Collaborate with other departments to manage intercompany transactions and reconcile accounts.

8. Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies to improve the company's financial performance.

9. Stay updated on financial market trends and developments to inform financial planning and decision-making.

10. Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and financial procedures.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury or financial analyst role.

3. Proficient in financial software and databases, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

4. Extensive knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.

5. Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.

6. Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills.

7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Proven knowledge and experience with income statements, entries, annual budgets, ledgers, monthly reporting, reconciling, and intercompany transactions.

10. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
