We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to lead product strategy and delivery for insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in P&C insurance, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in driving product vision and execution in an Agile environment.Required Qualification:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.Experience in P&C insurance domain, with strong understanding of multiple lines of business: Experience in product management or product ownership within insurance or financial services.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.Candidates need to be in and around or willing to relocate to any of the locations Hartford, CT, Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Richardson, TX and Tempe, AZ.Insurance industry experience is a must, experience supporting insurance Carriers.Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis and creating detailed business requirements documents.Experience in Agile projects.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
