We are actively seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Manufacturing, Technology, and Engineering (MTE) Team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level engineering support and leadership for high-voltage electrical drives and large AC / DC motors utilized across our rolling network. You will work autonomously in one of our locations in either Davenport, IA, Lancaster, PA, or Alcoa, TN, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. This role involves not only troubleshooting and upgrading equipment but also supporting maintenance, operations, and engineering teams in various production areas throughout our facilities. You will be responsible for enhancing equipment reliability and implementing best practices for electrical safety programs and project management. This position also requires occasional travel to support global initiatives.
