Senior civil engineer [h1.location_city]

IMEG is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil team in Ontario, California . In this role, you will lead design efforts for moderate to complex municipal infrastructure and site development projects, providing technical direction and oversight to a team of engineers. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, deliver innovative engineering solutions, and ensure projects meet client expectations and IMEG's high standards. Principal Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for the analysis and implementation of municipal infrastructure and site plans
• Perform site assessments and generate detailed analysis and technical reports
• Utilize engineering software and tools to create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations according to code requirements and IMEG standards
• Interact with clients to gather project requirements, communicate technical information, and build strong client relationships
• Provide in-process design reviews and implement IMEG quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry and client standards
• Provide technical training, mentoring, and assistance in resolving field issues with minimal support from senior staff
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil engineering; contribute to research and innovation efforts
• Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all engineering work, interpreting and applying state and local design criteria
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions
• Participate in project interviews and presentations

State of California Salary Range : $112,000.00 - $163,000.00

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
