Day to Day Responsibilities: Own and manage the accounting calendar, ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met with accuracy and consistency. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures. Collaborate with the Controller to prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for review Assist with wire transfers Account reconciliations Work with multiple entities Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Model and reinforce core values in all aspects of leadership and decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Real estate / property management industry experience 5+ years of accounting experience Understanding of US GAAP Proficiency in accounting systems Proficiency in Excel Preferred Qualifications: AppFolio CPA/MBA Interested in hearing more?
