Experience :

• 5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.

Technical Expertise :

• Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
• Knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.

Certifications Core / Must-Have Microsoft Certified:

• Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) Tableau Desktop Specialist / Tableau Certified Data Analyst Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate BUT STRICTLY NO C2C / 1099 / THIRD-PARTY COMPANIES.
