A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Payments Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies to improve payment-processing efficiency and reduce operational risk
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and measure new strategies and enhancements to the platform
Conduct thorough investigations into payment-related issues and maintain detailed documentation of payment processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in payment operations or a similar role within the fintech, banking, or payments industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or another analytical field
Proficiency in analytical tools and software for data analysis and reporting (e.g., SQL, Python)
Strong understanding of payment systems, including ACH, card networks, and emerging payment technologies
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR and AML is a plus
