Job Description

Prepares and files federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals and businesses. Conducts thorough reviews of tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with current tax laws and regulations. Analyzes financial statements and other relevant documents to determine tax liabilities. Identifies potential tax credits and deductions to minimize tax liabilities. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Communicates with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on tax matters. Represents clients in dealings with tax authorities, including audits and inquiries. Prepares and reviews tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures. Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting. Develops and implements tax strategies to optimize tax positions. Provides training and support to junior staff on tax preparation and compliance matters. Researches and interprets tax laws to provide accurate tax advice and planning strategies.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's (Required), Master's Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range : $66,170.74 - $123,073.07
