CopperPoint has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Sr. Database Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our Microsoft SQL Server databases. You will support core business systems by managing database infrastructure, implementing best practices, and providing strategic guidance on data architecture and optimization to drive efficiency and support organizational growth.

Job responsibilities :

Database Administration :

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server instances.
• Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Replication, Clustering, Log Shipping).
• Monitor database performance, implement performance tuning, and optimize queries.
• Perform capacity planning and ensure efficient resource utilization.
