Structural Designer

Join our growing Structural team as a Structural Designer. In this role you will work on various structural design projects with state and local transportation agencies. As a Designer you will perform engineering models, analysis and / or designs, and supporting calculations / documentation. You will also coordinate the drafting of project elements for various clients. Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply!

Location

This role will be located at any of our Pennsylvania offices - Pottsville, Allentown, King of Prussia, Pittsburgh, or Wilkes-Barre

The Impact You Will Have

• Collect and assimilate data andperform modeling, analysis and / or design calculations of project elements.
• Draw design details under direction of Project Managers.
• Compute quantities and demonstrate awareness of relationships to pay items.
• Organize calculations to be included in design files, following project standards.
• Coordinate drafting of an element.
• Perform field or site visits as needed.
• Develop knowledge of applicable codes and standards and use of applicable CADD and Microsoft software.

What You Will Need

The position may include the need to perform Field Inspection and may require travel to project sites.
