A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of online graduate courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of asynchronous online courses using evidence-based instructional design principles

Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to scope course objectives and content

Mentor junior instructional designers and support quality assurance workflows through peer review and user testing

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development, preferably in higher education

Advanced knowledge of instructional design models and learning science

Proficiency with learning management systems, especially Canvas, and course authoring tools
