At Launch Potato, you'll accelerate your career by owning outcomes, moving fast, and driving impact with a global team of high-performers.
Compensation : $150,000 to $180,000 per year. This position is Contract to Hire.
MUST HAVE :
- 8+ years of UX / UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
- Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
- Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing / prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A / B tests for CRO
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience : 8+ years of UX / UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.
Your Role : Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.

Total compensation base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato's Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost-of-living adjustments.
