Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we're looking for an RF Engineer to join our team to help us accelerate our product development initiatives.
Location : This position is onsite in Syracuse, NY office, with the potential for hybrid arrangements.
Responsibilities :
- Derive and document RF system requirements working collaboratively with multiple technical disciplines
- Develop innovative RF subsystem and system architectures
- Simulate, model, design, select and characterize components
- Design, implement, test, and integrate RF circuit cards and subsystems for use in our cutting-edge communications, radar, and other sensor systems
- Participate in cross-functional technical design reviews
- Perform and support integration and test activities and events
- Support or perform project planning, execution, and oversight
- Provide mentorship to junior staff

Compensation and Benefits : Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options.
Salary Range : The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $109,000 to $136,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Hidden Level considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
