About the role: The Financial Analyst position is located the Braintree office of this healthcare organization. The Analyst supports finance and reports to the CFO. The Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex data sets and presenting findings. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI (any BI tool with strong data visualization) and SalesForce. The Analyst will work on monthly accounting closings, financial reporting, forecasting in Excel and preparation of PowerPoint decks. Strong Excel skills, use of BI tools with data visualization and knowledge of the accounting close cycle are key to the role.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast development, financial reporting, and special projects.

• Support monthly accounting closing and reporting cycle (Excel (graphing/charting) and PowerPoint (deck preparation).

• Maintains organizational dashboards and provides analysis regarding metrics and trends.

• Utilizes strong PowerPoint skills to communicate high level analysis in easy-to-understand formatting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in a financial analysis role – healthcare industry experience preferred.

• Experience with monthly accounting cycle – closing and reporting

• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI (any BI tool with strong data visualization)

Physical and Environmental Demands:

• Works in the Braintree office in a clean well-lit environment with fluctuating temperatures near others.

• Requires substantial periods of repetitive work utilizing a computer, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

• Requires lifting and carrying equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds; require pushing and pulling equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds; requires walking and standing; requires frequent sitting more than 75% of the workday; requires the ability to negotiate stairs; requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate equipment.
