Position Responsibilities :

Compile data from multiple sources and develop overhead pool performance reports

Extract data and compile routine performance reports and assist with preparing variance analyses

Initiate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to management

Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience

Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost measurement baselines, and variance analyses and communicate cost trends

Facilitate / lead Overhead pool performance reviews with site Exec Functional leadership including Program Support / Finance, Engineering, and Operations

Engage in cost analysis and optimization efforts

Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost measurement baselines, and variance analyses and communicate cost trends

Support various other special projects

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field

1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

Master's Degree

1+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and / or assessment of associated risks and opportunities

1+ years of experience managing financial results of a program, including profit and loss analysis

Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in-person, including ability to explain "why"

Adaptability to rapid changing environments and ability to meet deliverables

Experienced change agent; ability to communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders
