This role will support financial planning and analysis for Cresco Labs retail operations, providing actionable insights to drive performance and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail finance, exceptional data analytics skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry. / ppCore Job Duties / pulliWork in collaboration with the commercial operations and finance teams to understand key business drivers, pain points and reporting needs / liliPartner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance financial visibility / liliSupport quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes for retail operations / liliDevelop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and support decision-making / liliAnalyze financial results, trends, and variances versus plan and prior periods / liliPrepare and deliver clear, concise reporting packages for leadership / liliMonitor and report on key retail metrics (sales, margin, labor, marketing, etc.) / liliLeverage large data sets to provide insights and improve reporting accuracy / liliReview and validate accrual activity and general ledger coding for accuracy and compliance / liliCollaborate with accounting to ensure proper month-end close processes / liliProvide effective support to the FPA team in all data collection and extraction to support strategic decisions / liliStrong interpersonal skills combined with an ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously / liliExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with maturity to liaise with senior management / li / ulpRequired Experience, Education and Skills / pulliBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) / lili35+ years of progressive experience in FPA or financial analysis / liliExperience in multi-unit retail environments (e.g., consumer goods, specialty retail, QSR) strongly preferred. / liliCannabis industry experience is a plus but not required / liliAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred / liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail / liliAbility to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders / liliExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment / li / ulpBenefits / ppCresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA / HSA programs, LTD / STD options, life insurance and ADD.
