Position Summary :

River Bank & Trust is looking for a Financial Advisor who is prepared to make a difference in the lives of our customers, by providing sound advice regarding their financial planning and needs. • Meet with customers to assess their financial needs and goals
• Develop strategies that align with each customer's risk tolerance and financial objective
• Offer financial advice which follows a Best Interest standard through the implementation of a variety of financial products and services
• Guide the customer through their options and each step towards suitable and risk-appropriate financial decisions
• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships, including regular account reviews and community involvement
• Maintain and stay updated on regulatory compliance and industry trends
• Build and maintain customer relationships, internal referral network, and community involvement

Physical Demands :

The employee will occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. The employee will regularly sit; talk; hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee will occasionally stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb and balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Special vision requirements include close, distant, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work environment and physical demands are those of a standard retail branch setting.
