Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a critical role in shaping Orascoptic’s visual brand identity across multiple channels. This role combines creative vision with hands-on design execution to produce high-impact digital and print assets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong collaborator, and detail-oriented designer with proven experience in developing brand systems and campaigns that resonate globally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Lead creative direction to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Maintain and evolve Orascoptic’s visual identity guidelines.
• Design digital assets for web, social media, paid media, and email marketing.
• Produce print collateral including brochures, catalogs, packaging, and trade show materials.
• Develop creative concepts and templates for product launches, global campaigns, and internal initiatives.
• Partner with all members of the marketing and sales team to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
• Work closely with external vendors, printers, and agencies when needed.
• Contribute to the creative strategy of the marketing team with a senior-level perspective.
• Keep informed on graphic design and visual media trends.
• Coordinates the production process; develops and writes printing and / or other production specifications, and selects appropriate production media and materials, such as ink and paper; inspects proofs for accuracy and adherence to appropriate production standards.
• Coordinate a graphics or photographic library and / or maintain digital records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gain regulatory and / or legal approval when necessary for specific marketing content.

Target Market Salary Range :

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical / dental / vision benefits, 401K match, and / or other applicable compensation plans.
