At Launch Potato, you'll accelerate your career by owning outcomes, moving fast, and driving impact with a global team of high-performers.
Compensation : $150,000 to $180,000 per year. This position is Contract to Hire.
Must Have :
- 8+ years of UX / UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
- Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
- Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing / prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A / B tests for CRO
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience : 8+ years of UX / UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.

Total Compensation : Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato's Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost-of-living adjustments.
