JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management Summary: Seeking a senior-level Instructional Designer to create corporate training programs for Risk Analysts. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to develop curriculum content, creating e-learning modules, and implementing a learning and development program. The ideal candidate must have proficiency in Articulate 360 and prior experience in developing training content using this software.

  • Initiating and cleaning up multiple training initiatives
  • Creating organization-wide and onboarding training programs
  • Developing curriculum content and e-learning modules
  • Implementing a learning and development program
  • Creating onboard and just-in-time trainings Must-Have Skills:
  • Undergraduate degree in HR, training, education, or communication
  • Intermediate skill level in Articulate 360
  • Experience in instructional design


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate degree in HR training, education, communication, English, or related discipline
  • Intermediate skill level in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ideal candidate will have a certificate in instructional design, experience with financial services and risk methodology, and familiarity with LMS platforms. Google Suite proficiency is preferred.
  • This is a 1-2 year experience position, with the expectation of working onsite in Plano, Reno, or LA.
