Senior marketing manager [h1.location_city]

Description

This is a Boston based position. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of Boston, MA will follow a hybrid schedule, coming into the office two days per week.

As a member of the Global Brand & Communications team, the Sr. Marketing Manager will assist with the development and management of integrated marketing plans, primarily focused on employee engagement. This role is key in developing marketing programs that promote brand awareness and consideration among prospective talent, in addition to programs that educate, engage and inspire action amongst internal employees, positioning Liberty Mutual as a great place to work. Partnering with internal stakeholders across the enterprise, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic management of integrated marketing initiatives :

Proactively leads integrated campaigns from strategic planning to execution, bringing multiple stakeholders and channels together to build an integrated marketing plan that supports goals.

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to drive integrated plan and execution forward, delivering on identified opportunities and objectives

Demonstrate best-in-class project management skills from project start through completion
