Harris Group is looking for aSenior Mechanical Engineerto be based in our Portland, ORoffice.This role is responsible for providing professional engineering expertise to our projects that seek to positively impact both the community and the environment. The incumbent will work on innovative designs and see diverse projects through development, detailed design, commissioning, and construction support.

The Role
This Senior Mechanical Engineer will work primarily on projects within industrial manufacturing, life sciences (biopharmaceutical), pulp and paper, and fuel terminal piping and tanks. Additional projects may include work within process industries, air and sea ports, energy, commercial development, and other business sectors.
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and self-motivated, passionate of the Mechanical discipline, and communicative with team members and clients. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
