Job Title : Senior Mechanical Engineer
Overview : We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Mechanical Design-Build engineering. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who provides leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
8–10+ years of mechanical engineering design or design-build experience (HVAC and piping systems focus, plumbing knowledge a plus)
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, LEED accreditation a plus
Proficient in HVAC design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, Carrier HAP) and building management systems (BMS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to mentor junior engineers
Proven ability to lead projects and teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
Responsibilities :
Lead mechanical design and implementation projects, ensuring budget, timeline, and quality goals
Perform load calculations, airflow analysis, and technical assessments for system sizing and design
Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards (ASHRAE, LEED, NFPA)
Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, equipment selections, submittals, and cost estimates
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
Collaborate with clients, owners, and internal teams; provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
